Benalmadena Train Timetable and Map

A mode of transport often overlooked by visitors to Benalmadena and Arroyo de la Miel is the excellent suburban railway service, (Cercanias) that runs between Malaga and Fuengirola. The local station for Benalmadena is in Avenida Estacion, Arroyo de la Miel. Map here. The trains are air-conditioned and with a commentry in English, relating to passengers the next station the train will call at. Trains are usually always on time, and the fares cheap.
With the major construction work ongoing at Malaga airport, train times are likely to change in the future. Please check back for any alterations to the service.
The stations at Terminal Carga and San Julian have a limited service.
